We are looking for an Admin Clerk to join our Truganina Distribution Centre. This role plays a key part in supporting our operations by ensuring accurate data entry, document processing, and administrative coordination to keep our supply chain running smoothly. If you have great attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Monday - Friday: 09:00-17:00pm (with occasional Sunday work)

The Perfect Candidate:
Must have administration experience, preferably in a blue-collar environment such as logistics or warehousing.
Strong background in working with multiple stakeholders & cross functional team,
Strong communication, customer service, time management & organisational skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with the ability to adapt quickly.
Willing to work onsite in a cold chain environment.
Understanding of Chain of Responsibility & WHS/OH&S
Daily Tasks
Data entry and processing of orders, invoices, CHEP pallet dockets and reports
Assisting with stock reconciliation and inventory tracking
Managing inbound and outbound documentation for receivals & despatch
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Answering phones, responding to emails & general admin queries in a timely manner
Assisting with general office duties as required
You will bring to this role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive and organised approach to work
Prior administration or clerical experience in similar environment will be advantageous
