Requirements:

• Current Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.

• 6 months experience in aged care or healthcare setting is preferred.

• Ability to provide personal care and assistance with daily activities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
