The Role:
Cater Care seeks to appoint a Catering Assistant at one of our key aged care residences in XXX (change as appropriate)
Roster:
Role # 1 Kitchen Hand Mon & Fri 1530-1930
Role # 2 Catering Assistant Tue & Wed 1545-1845
Role # 3 Catering Assistant Tue 1500-1800, Wed 1530-1830
Role # 4 Catering Assistant 0630-1430
Role # 5 Catering Assistant Tue,Wed,Thur 1500-1900
What This Role Involves:
- Assisting with food preparation
- Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks
- Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
- Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
- Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
- Prepare and present texture modified foods
