Civil Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and professional Civil Supervisor to join a truly local South Australian civil company that specialises in Pipeline construction for the commercial and government sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 2 years experience in civil construction, capable of leading projects efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth work flow and timely project completion.
• Monitor project time lines and oversee small civil teams on-site.
• Apply strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ensure construction processes are followed according to safety standards and regulations.
• Problem-solve and make quick, informed decisions on-site as issues arise.
• Effectively liaise with clients and other stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor.
• Experience with cable locating.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations.

Note: Ideal applicants would reside south of the Adelaide CBD
