About the Role: 

As the first point of contact for our clients, the Client Services team plays a pivotal role in shaping the initial experience of pet owners at SASH. We are committed to delivering a 5-star service, and we're currently seeking dedicated professionals for both permanent full-time and part-time positions. Operating in a 24-hour facility, this role will see you working 10-hour shifts, spanning across a 24-hour roster, ensuring that no two days are the same. This is not your typical reception role; it offers a unique and varied experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients and efficiently managing the flow of the waiting room.
  • Overseeing a high-volume email inbox.
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments, both over the phone and in person.
  • Serving as a vital link between clients and the clinical team.
  • Processing payments, including cash, EFTPOS, and other methods.
  • Requesting results, samples, and other necessary documents from third parties


About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume reception or administrative role.

  • A strong work ethic.
  • The ability to work well within a team while also being able to operate autonomously.
  • A passion for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
