Labourpower is currently recruiting for well known food and beverage distribution company in Kingsgrove. They are currently building their production team in preparation for peak season. They are currently looking for 10 production staff to work on their production and packing lines
This client supplies fresh, frozen and chilled food and beverage products to supermarket chains and restaurants all over Australia. They are importers of premium and prestige products - Well know, recognised brands. To keep up with demand and to be ready for their peak season they are looking to train quality personnel into their systems and processes.
SHIFTS: 7am - 3.30pm
Successful applicants will have the following skills
- Food Production experience
- Mixing and Batching experience
- Comfortable with Heavy Lifting
- Good Communication Skills
- Be Reliable and punctual
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- Sound knowledge of WHS and proven track record with safety
- FULL UNRESTRICTED WORK RIGHTS
Your duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Unpacking Raw materials (SPICES) for batching and mixing
- Packing finished products accurately into boxes
- Be able to perform general production paper work and quality checks when required
- Be responsible for quality
- General housekeeping duties
- Monitoring manufacturing machines to ensure they are running smoothly and reporting any faults
