Your New Role:As the Head of Marketing, your primary role is to drive the strategic marketing direction across ANZ, involving creating and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives. You will lead a small team responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives. This role demands a comprehensive approach to managing a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.
Responsibilities include:

  • Lead initiatives to develop a comprehensive brand strategy, enhancing visibility and strengthening market presence across ANZ, while ensuring consistency with global brand standards.
  • Drive digital transformation by crafting and executing digital marketing strategies that engage audiences, deliver quantifiable results, and maintain brand integrity.
  • Build and manage strategic collaborations and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Enhance product relevance and spearhead innovation by conducting market research, addressing underperforming offerings, and introducing cutting-edge, consumer-oriented solutions in line with market demands.
  • Stay informed about global marketing trends and company strategies, maintaining close communication with regional and headquarters teams to provide updates, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
  • Represent the commercial team by attending distributor meetings and delivering presentations.
  • Devise and execute plans to advance Recruitment, Retention, and DMO (Distributor Marketing Opportunities) strategies.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Sales Manager to achieve sales and profit objectives while implementing regionalisation plans.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the marketing team, encouraging cross-functional efforts and professional growth to meet business goals.
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion within the organisation, ensuring that varied perspectives are considered in strategic decision-making and execution.

What you will need to succeed:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum of 15+ years experience within a similar Marketing role, ideally within the health and wellness industry or similar.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.Strong leadership and team management skillsProficiency in digital marketing, data analysis and interpretation.Experienced with budget management and financial acumen.Confident communicator who is able to present effectively to the commercial leadership teamMust be comfortable with tactical and hands on work, in addition to strategy planning.
