What role will you play?

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will lead our data-driven initiatives by developing and deploying innovative Generative AI and Data Science solutions. You will take full ownership of your product, ensuring it meets high standards of quality and performance. Your responsibilities include leading a team of data scientists and engineers, developing AI and Data Science strategies aligned with business objectives, and engaging with stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable projects. You will also oversee the entire data science lifecycle, ensuring scalability and robustness through rigorous testing and continuous monitoring.

What you offer

• 5+ years of experience in data science with a strong background in machine learning, statistical analysis and data manipulation
• Proven experience in leading data science projects from conception to deployment in a product-facing role
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of best practices in data governance, data privacy and ethical AI
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and AI
• Demonstrated experience in deploying Generative AI models (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) for practical business applications, as well as familiarity with AI agents and multi-agent workflows
• Proven experience with at least one major cloud service provider
• Familiarity with the GCP suite and experience in large financial, retail or consulting organisations are an advantage.
