About You     

To be considered for this role, you will need to have;

Qualifications and Certificates

  • Minimum Cert IV in Mental Health (or equivalent) OR 2+ years of experience supporting people with mental health distress.
  • Current National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than six months)
  • A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid, HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support, HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
  • A current working with Children Check
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check 
  • A valid Driver’s licence 

Skills and Experience

  • Strong understanding of NDIS legislation, guidelines, and policies.
  • Experience providing Support Coordination and working towards targets/KPIs.
  • Knowledge of psychosocial recovery principles within a human services context.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Desirable

  • Lived experience of mental health recovery or as family members of people with a lived experience of recovery is desirable

Attitude

  • Positive attitude towards people experiencing mental distress.
  • The ability to live RW values in all workplace tasks and interactions.
  • Pro-active individual who is enthusiastic and committed to upholding RW values and principles

This role is full-time working Monday to Friday, and based out of Cannington.
