Your Purpose
You’ll lead strategic market engagement and business development initiatives to grow trusted client and consultant partnerships, fuel our project pipeline, and elevate the Buildcorp brand across key sectors. This is a role for a connector, a collaborator, and a commercially-minded professional who knows the value of meaningful engagement and market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Pipeline Growth
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients and consultants in established and emerging markets
- Identify upcoming projects and secure tender opportunities aligned to our business strategy
- Lead Pursuit Planning for priority projects, including research and analysis to inform client engagement and bid strategy
Client Experience & Industry Engagement
- Plan and deliver strategic events, networking opportunities, and sector-specific campaigns
- Lead the coordination of Buildcorp’s events calendar and key partnership program
- Conduct client experience reviews, debriefs, and engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships
- Represent Buildcorp with professionalism and enthusiasm in industry settings
Data & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking through Salesforce and support ongoing pipeline reporting
- Provide actionable insights for bid teams, account management and strategic planning
- Continuously improve data dashboards and intelligence tools to inform smarter decisions
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Skills
- Proven business development or client engagement experience (ideally in construction, property or consulting)
- Strong research, reporting, and administrative capability
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, written and verbal
- High attention to detail, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Event planning and stakeholder engagement experience is highly regarded
