About the role
InfraBuild Reinforcing is seeking a Day Shift Supervisor to join our team at the Carole Park site. The Day Shift Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing of processed and reinforcing bar through the overall supervision, coordination and engagement of the workforce.
You will be working with a motivated & experienced site leadership team who have autonomy in their respective roles. This role has genuine career progression for the right candidate, today’s supervisor will be tomorrow’s operations manager. Hours for this role will be 6am – 2pm Monday to Thursday and an earlier finish on Friday’s

You are an experienced leader with a background in manufacturing or other associated heavy industry. You will be highly skilled in building strong internal and external relationships, responding to frequent changes in priorities and have a solution-oriented mindset.
