A well-established and multi-award-winning Tier 2 builder is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of large-scale residential and commercial projects across Sydney, this business is known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

About the Role: Reporting directly to the Head of Estimating & Bid Management, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates across all project stages, elements, and trades
- Identifying project risks and elevating concerns to senior management
- Managing detailed tender handovers to project teams
- Attending internal, design, and client meetings as required
- Reviewing subcontractor tenders alongside the site and procurement teams
- Preparing subcontract documentation and ensuring consistency across tenders
- Supporting construction teams with extrinsic estimate information (cash flow, programming, critical path insights)
- Contributing to team development by mentoring junior estimators and participating in training initiatives
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
- Proven track record of successfully delivering tenders for projects valued over $30M
- Strong attention to detail, technical capability, and administrative excellence
- Confident communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound understanding of the Sydney construction market and subcontractor network (preferred)
- Experience with Buildsoft (Cubit) and BidContender is advantageous but not essential
