We are sourcing high-level Store Managers with experience in managing large format / big-box retail stores for numerous locations around Sydney, including Sydney's Eastern suburbs, Western Sydney and South Sydney.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a large team to achieve sales targets, KPIs and all financial results.
- Create a culture of exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure commercial decision making across all facets of the store.
- Mentor and develop your team, ensuring a high-performance and engaged workforce.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a large-format retail environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales and KPI targets.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop large, high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Capabilitiy of managing a high volume business with experience in apparel.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and understanding of how to deliver this across a broader team.
