Experience:

  • Proven previous fashion experience, ideally within a luxury or high-end retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fashion trends, customer preferences, and the ability to create an exclusive shopping experience.

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Commitment to providing an exclusive and luxury experience for customers. You should be adept at understanding and anticipating customer needs, creating personalised shopping experiences, and building long-lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Focus: Create an exclusive and luxury shopping experience, building long-lasting relationships with customers. Your goal is to ensure each customer feels valued and appreciated.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, conveying the brands image to the highest level each day. Ensure that the store environment reflects the brand's sophistication and style.
  • Sales and Financial Performance: Drive sales and minimise costs to ensure the financial performance of your store. Use your financial acumen to make informed decisions that benefit the business.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day store operations with a high level of autonomy. Coordinate with staff across the business, and maintain the 'rhythm of the business.'

Availability:

  • Must be available to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster, totalling 38 hours per week. This schedule is designed to align with peak shopping times, ensuring their customers receive top-notch service throughout the week.
