By joining our Casual pool of Support Workers to deliver NDIS services across the Hobart region, you will help participants to gain independence and confidence in all aspects of their life!
The role has a strong focus (but is not limited to) engaging participants in the Community. Support Workers will engage with participants and support them with their individualised plans and goals.
This may include building connections within the community; assisting the person to attend a community event; identifying job interests, exploring work through supported voluntary work placements and learning to use public transport.
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will have the legal right to work in Australia and will be required to complete a National Police Clearance Check, Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and NDIS Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) prior to being offered a role with WISE Employment.
